Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Sign

It is being used by the whole organization, and it's great because it allows us to send contracts virtually without having to meet someone in person. It's especially useful now during COVID because we don't want our employees to be in risk of being in contact with others as well. Another plus is that we can make automation within Zoho Sign that integrates with Zoho CRM.

Pros

  • Easy, simple to use so anyone get accustomed to it.
  • Inexpensive compared to competitors like Docusign.
  • Can make automations and synch with Zoho CRM.
  • Virtual document signing.

Cons

  • Limited functionality and has less features than Docusign.
  • Sometimes there are bugs in Zoho Sign and it delays contract sending.
  • Support chat is not always available.
  • Great ROI in terms of being able to send contracts immediately
HelloSign doesn't have automations that we wanted and doesn't integrate with Zoho systems very well. Also it is almost too simple, so there were things we couldn't do on HelloSign that we could do on Zoho Sign.

Zoho Sign is well suited for those who are looking to send contracts virtually and are already using a lot of Zoho systems such as Zoho analytics, Zoho CRM, etc. This way you can integrated and automate systems within Zoho to make document or contract sending a lot more efficient and mindless.
