With OfficeTools, everything needed to run a successful practice is one-click away on a single screen.
Users can choose between deploying OfficeTools on-premise or in the cloud depending on their specific needs. Once deployed, the software provides an organized 360 view of the firm with due date monitoring, reminders, activity lists and detailed reporting. Additionally, recurring workflow templates automate busywork while APX enables online invoicing and payment collection.
OfficeTools also features unlimited contact uploads and work templates providing users with customizable solutions that meet their individual needs. Clients can accept invoices and make payments online using the client portal which offers a convenient way for them to interact with their accountant from anywhere.
