- We are highly satisfied with the user-friendliness of Dialpad Ai Voice. Although we dedicated additional time to train and granted early access to allow ample time for acquainting with the system, the majority of users were able to start using it without much guidance.
- The implementation and support teams have been exceptional. They've promptly provided answers and helped to troubleshoot issues.
- One comprehensive platform for all needs - voice, meeting and call center - has really streamlined training and helped with adoption.
- Users are unable to adjust colors of status indicators. For example, if an employee sets a custom status for Lunch or Out of Office, the indicator remains green like they're still available.
- Backgrounds for non-video meetings are controlled by Dialpad Ai Voice, so you can't remove or set backgrounds for users.
- While we can add custom on-hold music, we can't remove audio options that are provided out-of-the-box.

- Reliability, - we have never experienced any sort of outage or downtime with both the Desktop app or the Mobile App
- Call logging - we love the voicemail to text notification
- Ease of use - I dont really need to give any training to a new user, the software is really intuitive
- I wish the admin interface was different. I think the menus are not intuitive
- The voice to text doesn't always translate the Voicemails without errors
- I wish the incoming call routing setup was more intuitive, or there was a better visual representation of what the call routing looks like within the admin area

- Logging into web based account is easy, but there are multiple steps. I could be easier to access and get logged in, especially if I am already logged in at my desktop version
