Reviews
(1-25 of 97)- Enables easy scheduling of posts on Facebook and Instagram
- Gives teams oversight of posts by others
- Makes it easier to find and respond to messages from your audience
- Enables easy viewing of comments and notifications
- The planner enables timings of others' posts to be seen easily, but an easier view of that content (eg by hovering over it) would be preferable
- Insights gives detailed information on the performance of posts, but could be more intuitive - and it would be helpful if it flagged particularly good performers or practices.
- Sometimes using @ tags is a little slow - and it's not always easy to tell which ones you want without opening another window and testing them yourself.
It is well suited to assessing the reach, interactions and success of your posts through its Insights, which can help you drive better performance.
It is ideally suited to boosting posts, should you want to.
And it is good for checking and replying to comments, or spotting notifications.
It is well suited for looking at multiple feeds - Facebook and Instagram - at once.
It is currently less well suited if you want to handle Threads as well as Facebook and Instagram.
Clunky UI but gets the job done
- Advertise
- Promote
- Organize
- User Interface
- Support
- Uniformity
Meta Business Suite - Good Overall
- Audience building.
- Intuitive ad builder.
- Auto-saving progress during campaign/ad set/ad building.
- Reporting, especially as you drill down. For example, it won't show you purchases by region or hour of the day.
- Consistency has been an issue. Top-performing campaigns/ad sets/ADS will hit a wall overnight for no apparent reason.
- Cloning ADS doesn't work between certain campaign types. It seems like they could make it so that even a partial copy can be made, with other required fields left empty.
Meta Business Suite Review
- Manage social media advertising

- Frequent updates make it hard to find things
- Too frequent changes makes it not very user friendly
- Reaches a greater audience
- In my opinion, account setup is disastrously difficult
- I find the interface is buggy, clunky, unintuitive, and nearly impossible to use
- I feel like support is non-existent
- It feels like half of the features are broken
- I believe the mobile version is so poorly designed, that it is completely unusable
- In my experience, account recovery is half broken with instantly expired text codes, 90% of which never arrive
- I feel like many features missing or inaccessible

- Able to currently create reels.
- As I learn it, set up the business Facebook Shop.
- Troubleshooting ad issues.
- Announce ahead of time when updates will happen.
- Have standards all across the board instead of favoring some and having different rules for others.
Meta for Business, a necessary pain
- Aggregates all of your Meta-related applications (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- their documentation is terrible
- their support is terrible
- Their layout is confusing and you do not know information about it

Efficient, but not user friendly

- Targeting to a specific audience
- It's always changing - can be hard to keep up with everything

- More creative tools at the ad level for reformatting videos or graphics
- More audience insights - pyschographic or behavioral

Great Tool if it Fits Your Use Case
- It is great for managing user permissions. We obviously don't want every team member to have admin access to the pages and ad accounts that we manage.
- It streamlines our workflow by pulling all the various profiles and ad accounts into a single dashboard.
- We're able to manage Facebook pages without distractions.
- The interface takes some getting used to. It is not always intuitive.
- It can be a bit buggy, but it has certainly improved over time.
- When using the advertising service you have access to probably the largest audience in the world. You are then able to refine this audience based on your target market.
- You have access to analytics of your audiences and your business performance.
- There have been incidents where our business advertising account was disabled for "not following advertising policies." It has been difficult to receive feedback on why this happens. There is no chat support for South Africa that I'm aware of to resolve such issues.
A super effective tool to reach new customers giving a positive ROI

Good tool but difficult to use

- The admin area is overhauled too frequently and forces users to relearn how to do things continually.
- Support provided isn't great and requires a lot of re-explaining.
Have a Business? Use Facebook! No-Brainer...
- Audience insights.
- Easy creation of ads.
- Allow more specific target audience interests.
- Better app integration.
Great for my digital marketing agency!
