(1-25 of 26)The biggest problem it solved for me is maintaining top-notch security while not compromising the features and video quality. Since it's backed up by Cisco's robust security protocol, I didn't have to worry about any security breach.
- Provides High end Video quality
- Integrated Audio is just amazing
- Security is top of the line
- High compatibility with other Cisco collaboration tools
- The deployment can be a bit easier as it'll take a pro to do that
- The camera quality is amazing but sometimes there's a jitter
- The support staff takes a lot of time when contacted so that could be better
Not a good choice for auditoriums I say. There are other and better options available in the market for that.
- easy to use
- quick startup
- easy to configure
- maybe second wlan connection for devices
- Webex Meeting
- making calls
- Telepresence
- Touch controller calibration could be a challenge
- You can’t use the camera like a normal web cam
- When you use the adapter is HDMI to DVI and if you are gone for a few minutes the display goes dark. Refresh the display does not come back on easily.
- Whiteboarding
- Webex calling
- Microsoft Teams calling (with CVI subscription)
- SIP calls to any video endpoints that accept SIP
- include Google Meet option to join meetings

- The setup process is straightforward.
- Easy to use.
- Very good connection to Webex-registered endpoints.
- An alternative monitor is provided.
- Restrictions on the use of more sophisticated functions.

- Connect with Pexip registered endpoints very well
- Being used as a second monitor
DX80 from the Defense Industry window
- Successful image/video quality.
- By adjusting the camera angle, transmitting the document image to both you and the other party in a readable way.
- Can be used as a touch screen and also as a PC monitor.
- Can be managed by Call Manager, TMS, VCS.
- Easy and user-friendly.
- In order to use the touch screen on a PC, a windows driver must be created.
- On the web management screen, management and configuration in different languages should be provided.
- Custom ringtone can be added.
Cisco Webex DX80: A Great Choice
- Touchscreen
- Wireless
- Inexpensive
- User friendly
- The volume controls could be easier to see.
- The mute button is not in the best spot.
- A camera built into the display would help avoid damage.
- A wall mounting bracket that is more universal would help.
- Large 24-inch monitor
- Touchscreen
- Full HD screen
- Integrated speakers
- High-quality Cisco warranty
- The camera does not have a movable angle
- It has an expensive value
- Easy to configure.
- Easy to use.

- Limitations on advanced features.
- Not as good as newer product line.

Great collaboration device / second monitor for either work-from-home or in the office.
- Easy of use is unsurpassed
- Excellent video/audio, we used the dx80 for official video interviews
- Whiteboarding and WebEx Teams integration is seemless
- Lacking fancy features like background blurrying and MS Teams integration ( available on the desk pro device)
- During setup the difference between registering the device as either s perdonal or room device wasn't clear untill I wasn't able to perform certain actions such as teansferring a meeting from mobile to dx80. I had to reset and re-register the device in room mode to get it to work as I expected.

Cisco Webex DX80 Review
- Replacing physical phone for Webex conferences
- High quality video conference initiation in push of a single button
- Ability to collaborate through white-boarding for an ongoing meeting
- Single platform device for end to end meeting needs
- Support for Polycom inter-compatibility
- Should be able to choose between multiple form factors on screen size
- Should open up for non-Webex meetings as well
- Bluetooth version needs to be upgraded to support multiple headsets
The perfect personal device to extend your computer for meetings.
- One button to push for meeting join
- Good display
- Simple to use and configure
- The webengine feature is missing
- No 4k display
- Not easy to put the screen at a vertical without an incline
Cisco Webex DX80 is a dynamite device!
- Video conferencing
- Whiteboarding
- Dual purpose, being a computer monitor
- Stylus or pen to use on the system
Personal Desk VC Equipment
- Well made collaboration hardware
- Easy to use and operate with its touch screen
- Easily fits on my work station
- Doubles as a second monitor for multi-tasking
- Higher screen resolution
- Better display panel (looks a little dull compared to dedicated monitors)
I would not recommend it for users who only casually use video conferencing, as there are far better displays and other software that may fit the need more, which are free or minimal cost.
- One touch to join Webex meetings.
- Document camera helps share something physically in front of you.
- It's a very nice second monitor and will share your screen very easily in the meeting.
- It has Bluetooth, but not on the newest standards so some newer Bluetooth headsets will need an adapter plugged into the DX80 to allow them to work well.
- Can only do Webex meetings, has no ability to "share" the webcam and the speakers/mic to the laptop to allow it to join other kinds of meetings via other platforms.
- Monitor glass is VERY shiny so that can be difficult in bright or reflective environments.
