Multiple departments use this at Adobe for productivity and communication. It’s a great tool to help manage the team and department. It has a great front end and is extremely user-friendly. The back end was easy to integrate into Adobe subsystems and to be used across the board. We barely run into any product issues or have tech problems. I don’t think it’s ever been down.

For larger projects with multiple teams, this is ideal. We use WOM for much of our daily tasks. The system is then great to provide insight and analytics to show timing, resources needed, and details of the projects that we normally wouldn't keep track of. It's very helpful for me as a manager to see what my team is working on and where some duplicate work is occurring as well.

Easy integration and more user-friendly. We selected this platform because of the price and the name. Honestly, Cisco is better known for the technology than a no-name brand for us, so it was easier to persuade upper management than explain who the company is for another competitor in an RFP.

We use this on a daily basis because we are an application-heavy use company. It helps to run applications efficiently and can help to give ease with the workload of applications. It also will cut the costs to determine capacity issues and has been a great help with the future.
  • Help cut costs
  • Help with application use
  • Help with workload
  • Wish it had alerts easier to access.
  • More non tech user friendly
  • Cost a little less
I love this program. I think every IT company that has users that are application heavy and want to help with overload or issues with too much running at once.

  • Lower costs with accurate sizing.
  • Great workload performance.
  • Utilization and workload density.
This is a bit simpler to use. It is more optimized for a smaller IT company, one that does not require as high of software.

We were monitoring applications for end customers, so we looked for solutions that can help us automate this task. We worked with a NOC where all alerts should be automatic to improve the time response for incidents, through Cisco WOM we can automate the workflow and overcome this kind of situation in our workspace, furthermore, it is integrated using Intersight the connection is native.
  • Automated actions alerts and config
  • Monitoring apps
  • Managing apps and resources
  • Different alerts configuration such as: email alerts
It is well suited for NOC or Data Center monitoring, in our case we have a NOC service where we monitor the client's infrastructure so any alerts or any problem we need to address as soon as possible with WOM can automate this task.

We use Cisco Workload Optimization Manager consistently in our workplace. We have many tasks that are ongoing at any given time and it's very important for us to be able to prioritize which tasks and workloads are the most important to handle at any given time and to be able to automate a lot of those processes.

Cisco Workload Optimization Manager is a phenomenal tool that can always be counted on. Cisco is a tried and proven brand and you will never have to worry about up time and the product & tools not working. You can trust that. They do struggle with modernizing the way their tools look and feel so that is something that they could improve on.

Cisco Workload Optimization Manager is a trusted brand and tool. I never have to worry about the products working and wondering whether or not I'll have the support on the back end if something were to go wrong. I chose them because they were also competitive on pricing compared to the other brands that I evaluated.
