We use iSpring Suite to create short courses or credentials for our clients. We use it primarily for clients who do not have access to a LMS platform and want an HTMLt file to upload to their website, need a SCORM package or have a limited budget for custom course creation.
  • Integrates with an existing product (powerpoint) so the learning curve is not steep
  • Great customer support
  • Easy file export
  • Greater flexibility in the design settings, particularly in the interactive exercises
  • More user friendly/intuitive in terms of finding settings.
  • More variety in the interactive exercise options
iSpring Suite is great if you want a fairly straightforward way to create a course. It has greater flexibility than Adobe Captivate, and there is not much of a learning curve if you are familiar with PowerPoint. However, it is not appropriate if you want a great deal of customisation or advanced interactives.

I create elearning courses for my clients. iSpring Suite is quick and easy. I have used this tool for 11 years, and I would not go with any other option. I can create courses in PPTX or I can use the video editor and create videos with ease. The quiz and interactions tools are also a great help to engage the learner.
  • PPTX to SCORM
  • PPTX to video
  • PPTX to HTML
  • I would love to have a Mac version
iSpring Suite is great for a beginner or a seasoned pro. When I started using iSpring Suite, I had zero experience and was able to learn on my own quickly.

We use iSpring Suite to develop engaging and interactive eLearning. Given that many of our teaching experts were already familiar with PowerPoint, it was easy to increase their skills and above all to create eLearning modules that could be adapted to different media: computer, tablet, smartphone. It's our main tool, and it's what enables us to perform at our best.
  • Creation of interactive eLearning modules
  • Creation of dialogue and learning scenarios
  • Integration of voice-overs with AI
  • Full Cloud version
  • Provide Scorm and xAPI Hosting
  • Monthly pricing
  • Mac OS version
iSpring Suite lets you create engaging and interactive eLearning modules using PowerPoint. One of the great features of iSpring Suite is the ability for eLearning designers to create animations and simulations using all the functions offered by Microsoft PowerPoint. This allows real creativity and removes enormous design limitations. The point on which I would have liked to see improvements is linked to automatic recording in iSpring Cloud and the native integration of animated image libraries such as lotties.

We changed to iSpring Suite to improve our online learning Modules and it has delivered! The presentations look better, with narration and editing easily completed. Can handle lots of visuals, embedded videos and resources ready to download. Lots of images to use to create interactive learning approaches and the support is fantastic, with fast responses and easy to understand advice that gets you back on track as you learn how to use the new functions. Looking forward to having all of our earlier modules updated onto iSpring Suite!
  • Great range of images to use to show real people in the slides across the slideset because of the number of different actions they are doing
  • Support is easy to access and always helpful with easy to understand advice as well as links to further knowledge
  • Recording narration and editing within the iSpring Suite presentation makes it easy to use this function as a novice.
  • I need more time to try out all of the functions!
  • Visuals of people with physical and intellectual disability would be a great addition
  • Backgrounds with lower socio economic situations and rooms would be helpful
My training is focused on disability support workers and health professionals. It has addressed the needs of these two groups really well. I like being able to create, for example characters I include on the slides and show them, for example, at the local pharmacy. Enables you to make them relatable across the presentation and to put in aspects that the audience will relate to.

I use iSpring Suite to create e-learning courses. The functions of iSpring Suite make it possible to make the information in the courses more lively and to present it in a modern and contemporary form.
  • illustrated characters are designed so that everyone can recognise themselves
  • Wide range of interactions
  • text to speech
  • easy handling
  • it's easy getting creative with inspiring
  • long waiting times for the preview
  • characters selected in previous scenes do not appear directly in the conversation simulation
  • text to speech in German is often a mechanic voice
I think it is very suited in the e-learning context because it has many options to include informations in a playful way.

We've been using this user-friendly authoring tool, deploying more than 30 different eLearning courses over the last 9 years. This is an authoring tool especially suitable for users already comfortable with PowerPoint. Its integration with PowerPoint, rich multimedia support, and mobile compatibility make it a good choice for creating engaging eLearning content. Over these years, we also witnessed great improvements each time a new version was released. Customer Support is also very responsive and helpful.
  • Video and Audio: iSpring Suite allows the incorporation of various multimedia elements, including video and audio, enhancing the interactivity and engagement of the courses.
  • Quizzes and Assessments: The tool supports the creation of diverse quiz types, from multiple-choice to drag-and-drop, enabling effective knowledge assessment.
  • PowerPoint Integration: Users familiar with PowerPoint will find iSpring Suite intuitive and easy to use.
  • The iSpringCloud Editor is very limited when compared to iSpring Suite, with no narration tool and very limited options for interactive objects.
  • iSpring Suite should provide a tool to export interactive objects to PDF files.
  • iSpring Suite and iSpringCloud Editor should be compatible; it would be very helpful to import and export objects between both tools.
iSpring Suite is well suited for large corporations that need to train their employees on a new software tool; the training department can easily create interactive and engaging eLearning modules that can be easily updated and distributed to employees across different locations. However, if the client requires highly customized eLearning experiences that go beyond what PowerPoint and iSpring Suite can offer, the developer might find iSpring Suite’s capabilities limiting.

We use iSpring Suite to develop elearning courses that we distribute on our own learning platform. iSpring Suite helps us te create professional looking courses in a very easy way. iSpring Suite contains al the ingredients for interactive and attractive learning. We supply online courses on digital skills voor both students and professionals.
  • Integration in PowerPoint
  • Creating interactive dialogs
  • Creating quizzes
  • Extensive media library
  • more connectivity with external LMS
  • more possibilities to have custom templates
In our e-learning lessons we create summaries with iSpring Suite visuals. Depending on the subject, we can choose from a large number of visuals. For example, with 'Steps' it is very nice to list the process steps. The 'FAQ' visual makes it possible to create a very clear summary of the most important points.

For creating video content we still use another application. We find the options in iSpring Suite are too limited for this, but we don't expect this from iSpring Suite. The created videos can then easily be inserted in the course.

iSpring Suite is used to create e-books, simple and complex online training course, certification exams, and interactions. The published materials are used for classroom training and portions are loaded on LMS tools. The product also supports surveys. In certain cases, learners are required to following sequential learning paths, thereby requiring the user to view all materials prior to taking a knowledge review quiz, or final exam.
  • Quizzes are the most powerful tool within iSpring Suite
  • Ability to publish to many LMS products
  • Interactive feedback and branching based on the learners responses
  • Platform portability; able to publish / view on computers, tablets and smartphones
  • Text-to-Speech is still in Beta and needs additional features
  • Product only allows 1 audio track; would be helpful to allow one voice track and one music track
  • Preview mode doesn't always mimic the published mode
The iSpring Suite is very well suited for quizzes at a large variety of quiz types are available. Additionally, the interaction capabilities are diverse. The product is also great at publishing in different formats (LMS, Desktop, YouTube, HTML, etc.). Maybe not the best tool to use for e-Books as there are other products on the market that are very inexpensive, or free.

iSpring Suite solves things for us at the moment of the elaboration of virtual material for our LMS. We are usually dedicated to the technical area but iSpring is a good intuitive tool that facilitates all the elaboration of content in a single suite which helps in the totality for the development of the project.
  • PDF to Book creation
  • Creation of conversation simulation
  • The Creation of Quizzes
  • Electronics
  • Telecommunications
  • Courses that are necessarily practical and require
Institutional and simple interface for creating unique material with the simplicity of elaborating material from the power point screen creating the tab that gives access to all the functions of the suite in one place and the functions that are agglutinated in a simple way presenting one sheet to another.

I have utilized iSpring Suite to create both internal and external training courses.
  • Interactions
  • Quizes
  • Voice over
  • I would like to see more background options in the content library.
  • I also use the voice over function a lot but most of the voices sound robotic.
  • There is certainly room to upgrade the objects and Icons in the content library.
The iSpring Suite has helped us develop more engaging presentations. The quizzes that we created using this format have helped us track the trainees' knowledge in a very pleasant way.

We are using iSpring Suite in our organization to redevelop all of our internal training & external orientations. We have now gotten very familiar with the software and have improved our courses and interactions. We no longer use just powerpoint to create boring training.
  • Interactions
  • Text to speech
  • The timing for animations and the text to speech
  • iSpring Cloud should have a trash can to recover deleted projects by accident
  • More characters for the oil industry
iSpring Suite is well suited for making the training more interactive.

We use iSpring Suite to train our construction clients on occupational health and safety rules. We also create modules for training authorities who monitor compliance with environmental regulations on construction sites. It’s a fun way to diversify our training offering and make our learners active. Recording participation and results also allows us to have a precise vision of the concepts acquired or the gaps to adapt our advice to our clients.
  • Ergonomic and easy-to-use platform
  • Varied e-learning design tools
  • Precise and customizable tracking and statistics
  • Increase the 5 project limit in learning content
  • Have an integrated certificate editing tool
  • The ability to secure registration profile links with a password
It is a complementary tool for face-to-face training with the creation of quizzes. We can also create more complete educational packages with different existing courses and combine them endlessly according to the client's needs. iSpring can also be used in companies to survey the knowledge of its workers or disseminate information quickly.

We use iSpring Suite to create online training workshops. This has allowed us to turn the training videos which we produce into more rounded programmes. We only started using the software relatively recently but have already had a great experience and the clients we have shown the results to have been impressed.
  • Creating quizzes to test knowledge is extremely useful.
  • The integration with PowerPoint makes using iSpring very easy if you are already familiar with ppt.
  • We have found the variety of features really gives us the options to be creative when putting content together.
  • Some features appear to allow as much design flexibility as would be useful.
  • Access to content for mobile users is not great in terms of format.
Induction training courses are well suited to iSpring Suite. In our experience during their lifetime these often need to be updated. This is a very simple process within the software and gives us a great competitive edge when we are able to meet a client's requirements quickly. So far we haven't found any instances where it is less appropriate. That's not to say they don't exist just that we haven't encountered one yet.

I have been using iSpring Suite for more than 7 years to design elearning courses, which include graphic design, video, questionnaires, practical activities for various companies since I provide services as a freelancer. These companies train their staff and the workforce ranges from 20 employees to thousands. It allows me to take these courses easily and quickly without losing quality.
  • Integration with most PowerPoint features
  • Compatible with various LMS platforms
  • It is easy to use allowing course design to be done quickly
  • Courses can be created in various formats
  • They could allow more advanced configurations through code
  • Allow 3D images to work correctly with transform transition
  • That the advance buttons can be programmed and that they are enabled when x action happens.
  • Gamification elements in the desktop suite
I have been using the tool for more than 7 years, I particularly love it because it is easy to use, allows you to create very good quality resources, and has what is necessary for the creation of basic to intermediate level e-learning resources. Sometimes it can become complicated if the course configuration is more complex or you want to design courses at a more advanced level, which is why if you could create a function that allows you to carry out logical programming, that is, if I do this, this happens, If I do this, this happens, add points, remove points, it would be appropriate to be able to design courses with a higher level of complexity.

The iSpring Suite as a PowerPoint plugin was easy in implementation and integration, and makes it quick and easy to create e-learning courses, even in collaboration with colleagues. We use the tools since installation easily and on a daily base. The standalone tools such as Quizmaker, Visuals, Talkmaster and CamPro as well as the online features such as Sites and Online Quiz have been convincing us for over a year. Best investment in L&D projects in recent years! We are fully satisfied with the customer support. There are simple online tutorials and a team of competent support colleagues.
  • E-Learning Creation in Powerpoint
  • Integration of interactions and quizzes in E-Learnings
  • Online Features on iSpring Cloud are impressive
  • Screencapture Tool (Cam Pro) is simple and convincing
  • AI Integration in TalkMaster (for producing Conversations)
  • Automatic subtitling / transcription of videotutorials
  • Handling of slide templates in Quizzes (Design, Settings)
Quick and easy creation of e-learning courses in co-operation with the specialist departments. A wide range of interactions and quizzes make the result even better. By producing content ourselves, we save a lot of time and money in the creation process. There are no major difficulties, apart from the fact that the SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) file export is sometimes complicated if you have integrated special features in e-learning (branches with quizzes, repetition elearnings, etc.). TalkMaster could also be simpler, perhaps with AI support (by AI-prompting a GPT model instead of manual dialogue capture).

iSpring allows us to add dynamic content to our training modules. We use video recording software, but iSpring allows us to use professional AI voices to make the content more creative. The ability to create role-plays, quizzes, and interactions makes our creation process easier and faster.
  • Easy to use software.
  • iSpring Academy offers fun courses to expand your knowledge.
  • Easy to access guides to help you when you need fresh ideas.
  • Additional customization options for Avatars.
iSpring offers an easier-to-use solution. The software tends to be easy to understand, and it is fairly easy to locate tools and resources.

iSpring Suite allows relatively fast conversion of storyboards into interactive asynchronous online modules. Additionally, the SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) output allows for easy completion tracking on my Learning Management System.

As such, iSpring Suite allows for deployment and tracking of online courses at scale, which translate in enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Familiar interface based off PowerPoint
  • Easy to navigate interface
  • Various publishing options that integrates with LMS
  • Fully customizable Progress Bar (e.g., progress bar with the sections and % completion)
  • Copy and pasting function that parallels PowerPoint (e.g. keep source formatting, and paste as text)
iSpring Suite is great when one has a detailed and completed storyboard. It is also more suited for storyboards with minimal branching pathways; storyboards with many branching pathways makes it challenging to keep track of the pathways when working across PowerPoint and iSpring Suite.

I use iSpring Suite powerpoint to make interactive content for my general chemistry classes I teach. I have written an entire online textbook with animations, quizzes, etc. using iSpring Suite. I use the quiz tool to design interactive online quizzes for general chemistry. I use the iSpring Suite add in with powerpoint 365 to create interactive chemistry content for students
  • seamlessly converts powerpoint content to html5
  • excellent quiz authoring tool with many different quiz formats
  • preservation of powerpoint animations and embedded content when exporting
  • I have had some sync issues when saving output files to dropbox
  • Subscription cost is a bit high for an educator such as myself making open access content
iSpring Suite really stands out for creating html5 content without having any programming knowledge. Everything I design in powerpoint exports perfectly- all transitions, animations, links, embedded videos, etc. I've played with lots of different authoring tools including indesign, apple ibooks, and others, and iSpring Suite surpasses them all in ease of use and export quality. I have an entire textbook written using iSpring Suite.

It is really straight forward and easy to use the software. you can share the draft PowerPoint with SME for review on content and then easily convert it to SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) for online learning to upload into the LMS. the content library is not very useful for me. The text to speech is a great tool. I like the quiz making which is really straight forward and covers different question types.
  • Quiz making
  • PowerPoint to SCORM
  • Text to Speech
  • Content library
SME can develop a PowerPoint and content of the training and they can share it with the Learning and Development team very easily while all have access to PowerPoint and know how to work with it. so you do not need to teach the SME's how to use a new software for purpose of content development. then L&D team can have the final touch and make quizzes using iSpring Suite and publish the training in L&D.

We develop online courses in the fields of education and health. Our courses go beyond mere video lessons by incorporating role-plays, formative assessments, and interactive exercises. Over the past 12 months, we have utilised iSpring Suite to create SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) packages that include these engaging and interactive activities, enhancing the learning experience.
  • Integration of video and slides
  • Reliable SCORM packages
  • Ease to use
  • Reports (student performance)
  • Interactive resources
  • functions to retrieve user responses at different pages
iSpring Suite integrates video and slides, offering a simpler alternative to more complex video editing programs. Its features, including basic quizzes, work well and enable providing feedback on responses. Unfortunately, it is not possible to record a student’s score based on their last attempt at an exercise, as the system only records the first attempt. Additionally, the functionalities for activities such as role-plays are still limited.

We used a company to make our coursework, this was expensive and costs for updates. We now use Powerpoint and then convert to SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) for using in OneFile VLE. The coursework is then followed by self marking assessments which is then rolled out through our system or available for download and use on a standalone machine.
  • Converting PowerPoint to SCORM
  • Add additional functionality to coursework
  • Easy to make assessments
  • Self marking assessments
  • Lots of premade content
  • We find it difficult to get reports run on assessment
  • When using video on slides, it can stutter a bit
  • Would like to have the a more vertical slideshow that is easy to make - this seems to be the new way of delivery
We honestly would be lost without iSpring Suite. It is easy to use, basically if you know how to use office you will be able to use iSpring Suite. The software also offers more advanced features if you play with the software or attend the webinars (which are really helpful and done in a friendly way).

I create eLearning modules for staff members in my department at the University. The learning that I create encompasses technical skills, health and safety topics, soft skills, and leadership development. About 1500 employees have access to the materials that I create using iSpring Suite.
  • Integration with PowerPoint.

  • Additional Closed Captioning Options.
  • Additional Assets in Library.
Creating interactive courses using the iSpring Suite has been amazing. It is very easy to include activities for our learners to keep them more engaged in learning. We hear frequently that online learning is not engaging enough, and I believe that iSpring is helping to solve those issues. We use iSpring to create and manage online professional certifications and provide online learning for our clients. We develop courseware and master it into compliant LMS files to use with Learndash on our web pages, and we have done so for several years now. • Licensing occasionally needs help re-activating on a fresh install, but customer service handles this well.
iSpring is excellent for producing high-quality LMS-compatible files from existing PowerPoint decks - you don't have to learn a new workflow or application to use it.
