- Communication - they do a great job keeping you looped in to the program.
- Helpful - terrific at helping you scope the project.
- Understanding - they are good listeners and take the time to understand your objectives.
- If you can not integrate the leads into your CRM, they come over in batches and merging and distributing can be tricky.
- When we have used them to help drive registration for events, they get a lot of sign ups but, way more no shows than the industry average.

My INFUSEmedia team has been helpful in creating collateral as needed to support this but I think additional, standard resources in the INFUSEmedia library could be helpful
